Reservation & Payment

• All reservation requests must be made in writing via email to stay@theusalu.com or here

• All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD) according to the details provided in your Payment Request

• Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the total cost of accommodation

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival

• A reservation confirmation will only be issued on receipt of 100% of the total cost of accommodation and any add-ons

• For last-minute bookings (within 14 days of arrival), full payment is required no more than 24 hours after booking

  Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation should be in writing and will result in the loss of the deposit

• 15 to 30 days before arrival - 50% of total cost of accommodation will be charged

• Under 15 days before arrival - 100% of total cost of accommodation will be charged

• Cancellation of stays during Peak Season: 100% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged

• No-shows or early departures will be charged the total cost of accommodation

• In the case of no response, within 72 hours, the we will consider the reservation canceled

Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Check-out is by 12:00 PM

• Late check-outs & early check in may be available upon request but must be confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges

• Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures

Occupancy Limits

• The maximum occupancy of the villa is 8 guests

• Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy are not permitted unless pre-approved by management and may incur extra charges
  

  All adult guests must sign an indemnity / disclaimer form upon booking confirmation.

• Children of all ages are welcome

• Cribs and extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply

• Please note that children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the dipping pool, rooftop areas, and other open spaces. The Usalu is not responsible for any injuries that occur due to a lack of supervision

• Pets are NOT allowed on the property

• Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated outdoor areas.

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please respect the peace and privacy of our community.

• Parties and events are NOT allowed without prior approval from management.

  Liability

• The Usalu, including its owners, directors, management, and employees shall bear no liability for any injury, damage, death or loss suffered by guests on the property, during transit to or from the property, or in connection with any incident of any nature involving any guest(s). By booking, guests assume full responsibility for their safety and personal property. The Usalu, including its owners, directors, management, and employees shall bear no liability for any losses suffered by the Tour Operator

  • Force Majeure

    • The Usalu will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the booking agreement if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
